The lifting part of the stack moves downward, is sucked by the vacuum suction cup, and then transported to the conveyor rack in front of the automatic packaging machine. The two conveyor frames before and after lifting are parallel to each other. For corrugated roof panels, in order to facilitate stacking, the sandwich panels need to be flipped 180° through the flipping device and then adsorbed to the rear conveyor rack. The sandwich panels are put down and then the next cycle operation is performed. The whole process is automatically controlled by PLC program. Unqualified plates that appear during the production process can be transported by the stacker to the scrap rack between the two conveyors. Turning device This equipment is a turning mechanism, used to turn the plate 180°. Controlled by the motor and chain transmission, the turning process is controlled by the detection switch. It is mainly used to facilitate the stacking of corrugated boards and reduce the stacking height.
